The architecture of the complex dictated the basic idea: the distinction between transport and pedestrian precinct. We managed to place as much as possible tightly the apartments and conveniently organize the space for the comfort of the residents and guests of the house.
We have implemented a large playground in a modern design.
Around the houses we devided all the territory of almost ten lounge zones including gazebos with barbecue grill and work surfaces.
The territory of the complex is equipped with benches, hammocks, seat-sticks and fountains. Customers embodied a curly, soft grass with precision, as on a project. The complex provides parking for 200 cars.
We also worked with the guideline of signs design that must conform for all of residence.
